Just over the bridge  from Byram, CT, Port Chester, NY features a cornucopia of ethnic eateries.  If you categorize those from the Southern US as “ethnic” (and I do, being married to a Tennessee guy), Restaurant Q, with its great smoked ribs and chicken, corn bread and sweet tea, fits nicely among Columbian, Brazilian, Puerto Rican and other much more Southern places.
