As I reported last week: New kid on the block, Zahra Saeed is the second store for this talented young Pakistani designer (her first is in Rittenhouse Square, Philly). The space is ultra cool – black with blasts of hot pink – and salesman/manager Pasquale Spezzano is totally onboard with the OnTheCheap concept.
